Core Safety Policies
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All employees must wear appropriate PPE at all times, including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots. Respirators are required when working with certain materials.
Hazard Communication
We maintain up-to-date Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all materials. Employees receive training on chemical hazards and proper handling procedures before working with any new product.
Job Site Inspections
Daily safety inspections are conducted before work begins. Crew leads complete hazard assessments and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition.
Emergency Response
All crews are equipped with first aid kits and trained in basic first aid. Emergency contact numbers are posted at every job site. We conduct quarterly emergency response drills.
